Kia in India primarily deals in two bodystyles—SUV and MPV—but has been actively considering other bodystyles for the emerging Indian automotive market.
The Kia EV4 is the latest all-electric hatchback from the South Korean carmaker that packages the latest design language with efficient electric powertrain.
The Kia EV4 hatchback features a low nose with Kia’s signature Tiger Nose grille, an extended wheelbase and tall tail section. The GT Line further offers sportier design elements inside and out.
Like the recently launched Kia Syros, the Kia EV4 also packs Kia’s latest infotainment system that consists of a 12.3-inch touchscreen, 12.3-inch instrument cluster and a 5.3-inch control display.
Speaking about the specifications, the Kia EV4 sedan comes with two battery pack options—58.3kWh and 81.4kWh—and offers a range of up to 590km on a single charge, as certified by WLTP.
Up until now, Kia India has not shared any plans around the EV4 hatchback. But if considered, the EV4 hatchback will be an enticing package and even better, if brought via the CKD route.
