The Volkswagen Tayron is an all-new SUV that replaces the Tiguan AllSpace in the German automaker’s lineup. It is 231mm longer than the regular Volkswagen Tiguan.
The upcoming Volkswagen Tayron gets a wide variety of powertrain options including mild-hybrids, plug-in-hybrids, turbocharged petrols as well as turbocharged diesel engines. All these engines are paired to dual-clutch transmissions.

The Tayron is loaded with features such as three-zone automatic climate control, 12.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system, digital driver’s display, rear door sunshades, nine airbags, and more.
Some of the optional features include a 700-Watt Harman Kardon sound system, panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats with a massage function, leather upholstery, electric adjustment, and more.
There is no confirmation from VW whether they’ll launch the new Tayron SUV in India or not. But, it is expected that the Tayron will make its way here to replace the now-discontinued Volkswagen Tiguan AllSpace.
