Skoda India showcased nearly its entire global lineup at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo 2025 and we are happy to report that most of those models are coming to India soon.
A new report reveals that Skoda India will launch its first electric car in India in the month of September 2025. However, the carmaker is tightlipped about the model lined up for launch.
Given the timeline of the Enyaq and Elroq, the Enyaq turns out to be a more viable option for the Indian market, since it’s under contention for a while now.
In addition, Skoda has also confirmed its plans to launch the Octavia vRS in the Indian market, which was also showcased at the auto show.
Skoda India has also confirmed the launch of the new-gen Kodiaq and Superb, both of which are said to take place this year. The Kodiaq will be launched as a CKD while the Superb will come via the CBU route.
Moving to the Elroq, which happens to be Skoda’s second EV, is also slated for India launch, which is said to take place in 2026.
