Maruti Suzuki has a wide range of cars and SUVs on sale in India, and the range is only going to expand this year with the introduction of a couple of new cars in India. Here are the upcoming Maruti cars in India in 2025
The Maruti e Vitara will be the first new car from Maruti this year, and it is also going to be the carmaker’s first ever electric car. The e Vitara proposes to stand apart from other Maruti Suzuki cars, featuring distinctive styling and a fresh new interior design. The e Vitara India debut will take place at the 2025 Auto Expo at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
A test mule of the Maruti Grand Vitara 7-Seater has been spied a few times, and the SUV is likely to be launched here by the end of 2025. While not much change is expected in the styling front, as well as the drivetrain options, the dimensions are natural to get stretched to accommodate the extra row of seats.
Apart from these two major launches, Maruti might also bring special editions of their existing cars and SUVs every now and then. There isn’t any concrete information about the same yet. There might be a special edition of the Wagon R soon to commemorate 25 years of sales of the tallboy in India.
The current lineup of Maruti Suzuki consists of seventeen cars, eight of which are sold through Nexa dealerships, and the other nine through Arena dealerships. The lineup includes the Ciaz, Ignis, Baleno, Jimny, XL6, Grand Vitara, Fronx, Invicto, Alto, S-Presso, Celerio, Wagon R, Swift, Eeco, Ertiga, Brezza, and the Dzire.
