Maruti Suzuki has some new car launches planned for the Indian market for the upcoming months. Here are the ones that we expect to be showcased at the upcoming Auto Expo.
Revealed recently at Milan, Maruti Suzuki is set to introduce its first electric car to India, the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara. Based on a modified version of the Heartect platform, the e Vitara will compete against other upcoming electric cars in India such as the Hyundai Creta and the Mahindra BE 6e.
Maruti has previously showcased their flex fuel technology on the Wagon R, and they are expected to update us with their developments at the Mobility Show 2025.
Maruti Suzuki is celebrating 25 years of sales of the Wagon R this year, and it is likely to introduce a special edition marking this momentous milestone in the Indian automotive market. It is expected to be priced not too high than the regular model.
While the Ertiga is due for a generational update and the Brezza for a facelift, sources tell us that these cars won’t be showcased just yet at this edition of the Auto Expo.
