The Mahindra XUV700 Electric is likely to be showcased at the upcoming Bharat Mobility Auto Expo 2025, marking its debut in India. In December 2024, Mahindra also trademarked a new name, XEV 7e, which is expected to be the official name for this EV.
The Mahindra XUV700 EV exterior silhouette is expected to be inspired by its ICE counterpart, especially around the roof & rear area. It is likely to feature similar headlights and connected LED lighting as seen on the Mahindra XEV 9e.
The Mahindra XUV700 EV interior is expected to feature a triple-screen setup, auto climate control, 16 speakers, power tailgate, wireless charger, adjustable driver seat, 360-degree camera, parking sensors, Level 2 ADAS, & more.
The Mahindra XUV700 EV will be built on the INGLO platform and is expected to come with two battery options: 59 kWh and 79 kWh. It is also expected to offer a driving range of up to 650 km and an AWD drivetrain.
The Mahindra XUV700 EV launch in India is expected to happen in the first half of 2025.
The Mahindra XUV700 EV price is expected to be between Rs 20 lakh and Rs 27 lakh. It will compete with rivals like the Tata Harrier EV, which is also expected to launch soon.
