The Syros is Kia’s upcoming SUV in India that will be positioned between the Sonet and the Seltos, and will rival other sub-compact SUVs in India like the Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO, and Hyundai Venue.
The Syros will be available with the option of a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT, and a 1.5-litre diesel mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque convertor.
As per Carwale, the ARAI-claimed mileage figures for all Kia Syros petrol variants and Kia Syros diesel variants are listed in the table above.
The Syros takes inspiration from high-end Kia cars in India like the Carnival and the EV9, featuring a boxy design with vertically-stacked headlamps and rear lamps that are integrated into the windshield.
The key Kia Syros features include sliding, reclining, and ventilated rear seats, a Level-2 ADAS suite, wireless smartphone connectivity, high-beam assist, a panoramic sunroof, and more.
The Kia Syros price in India will be revealed on February 1, 2025, with bookings already open and deliveries set to commence in the same month. Stay tuned to CARS24 Autoverse for more details.
