Hyundai Motor India is all set to bring its showstoppers to the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo 2025. Clearly, this year’s focus for Hyundai and all manufacturers at large is on electrification. Here are the expected upcoming Hyundai cars at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.
The biggest announcement from Hyundai happens to be of the Creta Electric SUV. It is likely to share its EV components with the Kona Electric, which was on sale in India before, to keep costs competitive. Spy shots reveal that the design is similar to that of the ICE Creta.
While the facelift for the Tucson was introduced in the global market in early 2024, it is likely to make its India debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The updated Hyundai Tucson facelift brings minor changes over its predecessor, largely in the areas of styling and standard equipment. It remains to be seen whether the Tucson will be showcased at the Bharat Mobility or at a later date.
The Ioniq 9 recently made its global debut and the same is set to head to our shores in January 2025. Its cousin, the Kia EV9, is already on sale in the Indian market at a rather surprising price of Rs 1.3 crore ex-showroom. Its showcase at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 is confirmed, which poses a strong possibility of India launch moving forward.
Hot on the heels of the Ioniq 9, the Ioniq 5 facelift is likely to make its India debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The Ioniq 5 facelift was revealed earlier this year offering small cosmetic and functional changes and the same is likely to be offered in the Indian market. It remains to be seen if Hyundai decides to showcase the Ioniq 5 at the Bharat Mobility or at a later date.
