Tata Curvv EV

The much-anticipated Tata Curvv EV is set to launch on August 7, 2024. The Curvv will be Tata’s first coupe SUV. Following the launch of the Curvv EV, Tata will also launch ICE variants of the coupe SUV, offering both petrol and diesel powertrain options.

Citroen Basalt

The Citroen Basalt is another coupe SUV launching this month. Citroen’s fifth car in the Indian market, it is likely to be positioned above the C3 Aircross. It will also share its powertrain with the C3 Aircross.

Mahindra Thar Roxx

Launching this Independence day, the five-door version of the Mahindra Thar is quainly named Mahindra Thar Roxx. Just like the Thar 3-door, the new 2024 Mahindra Thar ROXX is expected to get three engine options - a 1.5-litre diesel, a 2.2-litre diesel and a 2.0-litre petrol engine.

Mercedes-Benz CLE Cabriolet

One of two Mercedes models to be launched on August 8, 2024, the new Mercedes CLE Cabriolet is expected to be priced north of Rs 1 Crore. Mercedes is yet to reveal details about the CLE Cabriolet, although the global models get 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engine options, with rear and all-wheel drivetrain options.

Mercedes GLC 43 AMG Coupe

This new SUV from Mercedes will be launched in the 43 AMG guise. It will feature a handcrafted 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with hybrid assist and electric exhaust-gas turbocharger, paired to a 9-speed multi-clutch transmission and all-wheel-drive.

Lamborghini Urus SE

Lamborghini Urus SE, the plug-in-hybrid version of the Lamborghini Urus, gets a twin-turbo 4.0-litre engine, a 25.9kWh battery pack, a rear motor and an 8-speed automatic gearbox. This insanely powerful SUV has a 0-100kph time of 3.4 seconds and can reach a top speed of 312kph.

Aston Martin Vantage

Set to be unveiled to the Indian public on August 29, 2024, the Aston Martin Vantage gets a 4.0 litre twin turbo V8, generating a monstrous 686hp and 800Nm of torque. Triple digit speeds appear in 3.5 seconds and the top speed is 325kph.

Maserati GranTurismo

Debuted in 2022, the second generation Maserati GranTurismo is finally making its way to India this August. It will be offered in both petrol and electric versions, with the petrol version arriving first. It is expected to be priced above Rs 2.5 Crore.
