Maruti Suzuki has just updated the Celerio for the 2025 model year, and it has got a few additional safety features and a considerable price hike. Here are the top Maruti Suzuki Celerio standard safety features.
The Celerio becomes the latest Maruti car in India to get 6 airbags as standard across all variants, right from the base model that comes at a price of Rs 5.64 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
3-point seatbelts also come as standard for all five passengers in the Celerio.
The seatbelts at the front also come with pre-tensioners and force limiters. They also get seatbelt reminders.
You also get reverse parking sensors right from the Maruti Celerio base variant. There’s no reverse camera though, on either of the variants.
The Celerio comes with Electronic Stability Program as standard, which comes quite handy and isn’t even offered as standard on even the Mahindra Scorpio-N.
