The 2024 Honda Amaze stands out with its ADAS, making it the first in its segment to offer this advanced feature. Notably, the new Maruti Dzire misses out on this upgrade. The 2024 Honda Amaze ADAS features include collision mitigation braking system (CMBS), adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, lead car departure notification system, road departure mitigation, and auto high-beam.
The new Honda Amaze boot space is 34L larger, and its ground clearance is 9mm higher compared to the Maruti Dzire. The Maruti Dzire dimensions for boot space and ground clearance are 382L and 163mm, respectively.
Under the hood, the Honda Amaze petrol engine features a 4-cylinder setup with a 1.2L capacity. On the other hand, the new Maruti Dzire comes with a 1.2L Z-Series engine, but it has only 3 cylinders. This difference ultimately results in more power in the Amaze.
Another feature missing in the Maruti Dzire is the CVT, while the new Honda Amaze comes equipped with a 7-step CVT and paddle shifters while the Dzire comes with a 5-speed automated manual transmission.
The 2024 Honda Amaze features a Lane Watch camera, something that’s missing in the Maruti Dzire. However, the Dzire offers a 360-degree parking camera.
The new Honda Amaze price starts at Rs 8 lakh and goes up to Rs 10.90 lakh, while the new Maruti Dzire price begins at Rs 6.79 lakh and can reach Rs 10.14 lakh.
