Suzuki Swift Sport ZC33S marks end for the hot hatch
Bidding farewell to the popular Swift Sport, Suzuki Japan has introduced the ZC33S Final Edition, bringing a few cosmetic updates celebrating the success of the hot hatch across the globe.
Speaking of the cosmetic changes, the Swift Sport ZC33S Final Edition brings changes such as a gloss black radiator grille, 17-inch alloy wheels, red brake callipers, special decals on the C-pillar and a unique red/black Swift Sport badging.
On the inside, the Final Edition brings the ZC33S stickers on the centre console and a new finish on the steering wheel. Furthermore, it carries details such as sports seats, aluminium pedals, red insert on the tachometer and an all-black interior from the regular Swift Sport.
On the powertrain front, the Swift Sport ZC33S shares the same powertrain with the regular model. Its 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine puts out 140PS of power and 230Nm of torque, with a choice between a six-speed stick shift and a 6-speed AT.
While there is no official confirmation on the arrival of the new-gen Swift Sport, many reports suggest that its global debut is imminent. It is likely to carry the same formula as the current Swift Sport, but with further enhancements made to the dynamics and performance.
