It has been three years since the launch of the Skoda Kushaq in India, and a facelift of the same is due to arrive in the near future.
Based on what we know so far, the Skoda Kushaq facelift will be launched sometime in August 2025. This will be followed by the launch of the Skoda Slavia facelift.
The Skoda Kushaq facelift is likely to get connected headlamps and taillights, which is quite the trend going on in the industry nowadays. There might also be redesigned bumpers, new options for the alloy wheels, and some new colour options.
On the inside, the Kushaq might get redesigned dashboards, along with features such as ADAS, 360 degree cameras, wireless charger, and maybe a panoramic sunroof.
The facelifted Kushaq is likely to retain the powertrains from the outgoing Kushaq — a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed AT, and a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DSG.
The current Skoda Kushaq does not have a diesel engine on offer. There is no confirmation as to whether the facelift Kushaq will get a diesel unit or not, though the chances are slim, owing to the constantly upgrading emission norms.
