The Curvv is one of the newest Tata cars in India, and was introduced in 2024, following the launch of the Tata Curvv EV. While Tata heavily marketed the car, it did not get the numbers that were expected. Should you consider buying the Tata Curvv in 2025? Here’s what we think.
There’s a wide range of options available on the Tata Curvv in terms of powertrains, features, as well as variants. There are two petrol engines, one diesel engine, both manual and automatic transmissions, and countless variants to choose from.
The Curvv gets a coupe SUV body style, which is usually viewed as aspirational and sporty. This makes the Curvv appealing to younger buyers who are looking for something different than the usual body styles.
Though there’s an extensive list of features on offer inside the cabin of the Curvv, the ergonomics aren’t the best on either of the two rows. There’s also a space crunch in the second row, particularly because of the sloping roofline.
The Tata Curvv price in India starts at Rs 9.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 19.16 lakh for the petrol variants. The Tata Curvv diesel variants are priced between Rs 11.49 lakh and Rs 19.19 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
If you’re looking for a stylish SUV that comes loaded with a lot of features from the factory, the Curvv might entice you. But you might want to consider some other options if you want a more practical and niggle-free car such as the Hyundai Creta, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, or the Honda Elevate.
