French carmaker Renault currently has three cars on sale in India — Renault Kwid, Renault Kiger, and Renault Triber.
The company has announced its first price hike in two years that will come into effect from April 2025. Renault car prices in India will go up by up to 2%, depending on the model and variant chosen.
There has been an industry-wide rise in car prices in India, with major automakers such as Maruti Suzuki, Tata, Kia, Honda, and Hyundai already having announced similar hikes.
There are benefits of up to Rs 73,000 being offered on the Renault Triber, up to Rs 73,000 on the Renault Kwid, and up to Rs 78,000 on the Renault Kiger. These include cash discounts, exchange bonus, corporate offers, and loyalty bonus.
Renault dispatched a total of 2,676 cars and SUVs in India, including 1,545 units of the Renault Triber, 698 units of the Renault Kwids, and 433 units of the Renault Kiger.
The carmaker has two new cars on the cards for India — Renault Kiger facelift and Renault Triber facelift. The new Renault Duster launch in India is likely to take place sometime in 2026 or 2027.
