Skoda is all set to launch a generational update for its flagship SUV in India — Skoda Kodiaq. This will be the first of many new Skoda cars in India planned to be launched this year.
The updated Skoda Kodiaq will be launched in India on April 17, 2025. The new Kodiaq will be offered in two variants — Sportline and L&K. Skoda Kodiaq colour options include white, blue, silver, golden, and black.
Following Skoda’s new Modern Solid design language, the new Kodiaq features softer lines, split headlamps, connected tailbar, and SKODA badging at the rear. The SUV now measures 4,758mm in length, 1,864mm in width (without ORVMs), 1,678mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,791mm.
Interior trims and upholstery depend on the trim chosen, and include both cognac leather as well as black alcantara. Key Skoda Kodiaq features include three-zone climate control, heated, ventilated, and massage seats, a 13-inch infotainment system, a 10-inch digital driver’s display, and more.
The Kodiaq will come equipped with a 2.0-litre TSI engine producing 204PS of maximum power and 320Nm of peak torque. The turbo-petrol will come mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox and an AWD system.
Prices for the new Skoda Kodiaq are expected to start northwards of Rs 35 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV will be locally assembled, enabling Skoda to offer competitive prices.
