The Mahindra XEV 9e is built on Mahindra’s new INGLO platform. This Mahindra EV comes in four variants: Pack One, Pack Two, Pack Three Select, & Pack Three. As of now, only the Select variant deliveries have started across India. In April, the waiting period for this model has gone up quite a bit, stretching over a few months.
Mahindra has started deliveries of only the Pack Three variant in the market for now. This variant comes with a waiting period of up to 6 months as of April 2025.
Deliveries for the Mahindra XEV 9e Pack Three Select, Pack Two, and Pack One are set to begin in June, July, and August, respectively.
The price of the Mahindra XEV 9e starts at Rs 21.90 lakh and goes up to Rs 31.25 lakh (ex-showroom). This ex-showroom price also includes the cost of the charger. The 7.2kW charger is priced at Rs 50,000, while the 11.2kW charger costs Rs 75,000.
The Mahindra XEV 9e comes with two battery options: a 59kW battery that produces 231PS of power and a 79kW battery that generates 278PS of power. The Mahindra XEV 9e range is claimed to be 542km with the smaller battery pack and 656km with the larger one.
The booking for the Mahindra XEV 9e can be made with a token amount of Rs 21,000. It has been observed that 59% of the bookings were for the XEV 9e model, while 41% were for the BE 6.
