Following less demand in the Indian market and the upcoming BS7 emission norms announcement, the Mahindra Marazzo has officially been discontinued from the Indian market. This 7-seater Mahindra car was recently removed from the brand’s official website.
The Mahindra Marazzo was offered with a 1.5-litre diesel engine which came paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. There were no petrol engine options available for the buyers of the Marazzo.
The Mahindra Marazzo’s powertrain produced 121bhp of power and 300Nm of peak torque output. This engine was known for its strong low-end refined nature while the performance too was impressive for a car of this class.
As far as dimensions are concerned, the Mahindra Marazzo measured 4,585mm in length, 1,866mm in width and 1,774mm in height. The Mahindra Marazzo wheelbase on the other has was 2,760mm.
The Marazzo came with two options for seating configurations. You could either opt for a 7-seater or an 8-seater Marazzo. Both these versions offered a comfortable seating experience.
The Mahindra Marazzo was placed between two trendy MPVs — the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and the Toyota Innova Crysta. Other direct rivals of the Mahindra Marazzo were cars like the Hyundai Alcazar, Kia Carens, Maruti XL6 and Toyota Rumion.
