Mahindra has launched a new sub EV brand that goes by the name BE and the first model to come out of this new brand is the 6e — a coupe SUV. The BE 6e will go against the likes of the current and upcoming C-segment EVs.
As you can judge from the images, the BE 6e is a stylish coupe SUV that carries a very sharp and athletic stance, breaking the conventional SUV form factor. Its key highlights include C-shaped LED headlights, connected LED tail lights, flush-fit door handles and machined alloy wheels.
The flowing dashboard of the BE 6e features two connected screens — one for the infotainment and one for the driver instrumentation. The rest of the cabin layout is seamless and minimalist, with certain interesting design elements slattered across the cabin. Its key features include multiple drive modes, level-2 ADAS features, cruise control, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, surround sound system with Dolby Atmos and more.

The BE 6e will be offered with two battery pack options — 59kWh and 79kWh, with the latter offering 500+ km realistic driving range. While motor specifications are not out yet, its rear-mounted motor will enable the SUV to go from 0-100kmph in 6.7 seconds.
Mahindra will launch the BE 6e with its full prices in January, which we assume will happen at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. Furthermore, the deliveries of the BE 6e will begin from March 2025.
