Tata Motors sold 74,753 units in November 2024, with 73,246 units sold in India and 1,507 units exported to other countries.
Month-on-month sales fell by a net 9.6% due to the end of this year’s festive season. Even exports fell by a significant margin in addition to the decrease in domestic sales.
Year-on-year sales rose by a slight margin, resulting in a net growth of 0.8%. Domestic sales saw an increase of 599 units, but exports fell slightly by 18%.
Tata Motors saw a 2% increase in domestic passenger vehicle sales, and a 28% fall in exports, resulting in a net domestic growth of 2%. Net growth in sales of electric vehicles stood at 9%.
Commercial vehicle sales continued to fall this month too, with a net decrease of 1%. Certain segments like passenger carriers did see a significant rise, but other segments took the overall growth into the negative zone.
