Both domestic sales as well as exports saw a month-on-month growth, with net increase coming out to be a good 10%.
Year-on-year growth witnessed a similar trend with a rise in both domestic as well as international sales numbers. Total Y-o-Y rise stood at 19.8%, while exports almost doubled than last year.
Passenger vehicles saw a massive 25% rise in sales, which was purely driven by its lineup of SUVs like the Scorpio and new Thar Roxx. Mahindra Auto sold 54,504 SUVs in India this October against 43,708 in October 2023.
Commercial vehicle category also saw a respectable 9.7% growth when both domestic sales and exports are accounted for. This also includes the sales of three-wheelers, both ICE-powered and electric.
