Kia continues with growth trend

Kia India is among a handful of carmakers who have been managing to record growth month over month, whereas other carmakers are registering slump in overall sales. Read on to know more about the Kia cars March 2025 sales.

Kia cars March 2025 sales

Kia India recorded a 19.3% Year-on-Year growth, with 25,525 units sold in March 2025, compared to 21,400 units in March 2024. Month-on-month sales saw a slight increase from 25,026 units in February 2025.

Financial year 2024-25 sales

Total sales for FY 2024-25 stood at 2,55,207 units, reflecting a 4% growth compared to the previous year. Kia India sold 65,369 units in Q4 FY24-25, achieving a 15.6% increase over the previous quarter.

Model-wise distribution

Sonet remains the top-selling Kia model, contributing 30% to the brand’s total sales. Seltos (26%), Carens (22%), and Syros (20%) make up the majority of Kia’s sales. EV6, Carnival, and EV9 account for 2%, as niche models.

Kia Syros sales

The Syros, Kia’s latest model in India, has sold 15,986 units since launch. Initial response has been lukewarm, possibly due to its polarising design, but sales are expected to grow as familiarity increases.
