The Kia EV2 is the smallest SUV that will soon join the brand’s all electric lineup. The EV2 Concept is said to go on sale in Europe and other global markets in 2026.
The highlight of the EV2 is its rugged SUV stance. Despite having a small footprint compared to its siblings, it offers an upright stance, which is somewhat similar to the EV9.
The EV2 Concept depicts Kia’s latest design language, featuring Starmap Lights, a strong shoulder line and plain tail gate, accompanied by low-positioned tail lights. A similar design can be seen on the recently launched Kia Syros.
The highlight of the EV2’s design is its rear-hinged doors, which open in the opposite direction, thereby offering an easy ingress and egress.
Many cars offer foldable second row seats but the EV2 offers foldable seatbase, thereby liberating a lot more space for the front passengers to stretch out.
Kia is yet to take the wraps off the specifications of the EV2 but we expect it to offer multiple battery pack options with a front-wheel drivetrain.
