Kia reports positive YOY sales growth in Oct'24

In October 2024, Kia India delivered 28,545 units, marking a notable increase from the 21,941 units delivered in the same month last year. This represents a 30% year-over-year growth, with 6,604 more units delivered compared to October 2023.

Kia sees a drop in domestic sales

Domestically, Kia's sales stood at 22,753 units in September 2024, reflecting a 6.56% year-on-year decline. In comparison, the brand saw stronger sales in September 2023, with 24,351 units sold.

Kia's MoM growth declines in Oct'24

When analyzing the month-on-month (MOM) growth of Kia, there was a decline of 3.27%. October’s domestic sales reached 22,753 units, while September saw higher sales at 23,523 units.

Kia Sonet ranking slips among top-selling SUVs

In the list of top-selling SUVs, the Kia Sonet's position has dropped. In September, it held the 7th spot with 10,335 units sold, but in October, it slipped to 10th place with 9,699 units sold.

Kia Sonet posts impressive YOY growth

There’s positive news regarding the Kia Sonet, with October sales showing a notable improvement compared to the previous year. In September 2024, 6,493 units were sold, but October saw a significant increase, with 3,206 more units sold.

Kia Clavis teaser revealed - Launch soon

The positive rise in Kia Sonet sales can be attributed to the facelift the model received, launched this January. In addition, Kia introduced new models like the Kia Carnival and Kia EV9. There are also more exciting releases lined up, with one of them being the Kia Clavis, whose teasers have started appearing on social media, hinting at an upcoming launch soon.
