BMW has taken the wraps off the new iX facelift that brings a refreshed design, updated tech and battery management that brings addition to the driving range.
The exterior features a more aggressive design, including a redesigned kidney grille, adaptive LED headlights, and optional M Sport package along with new exterior and interior colour choices.
The M Sport package infuses sporty touches on the inside while the updated infotainment system brings new features. Furthermore, it now also offers advanced parking assist with smartphone parking support.
The India-spec iX xDrive 50 has now been renamed to xDrive 60, thanks to the added performance. The new iX xDrive60 now offers 544PS of power and sprints from 0-100kmph in 4.6 seconds.
Along with the performance, the iX xDrive60 has also seen a big jump in terms of claimed range. It now offers a claimed range of up to 701km, which is up from 635km in the xDrive50.
The iX was the best-selling luxury EV in the year 2023, which was overtaken by the i7 in the year 2024. We expect BMW to launch the iX facelift in the later part of the year 2025.
