BYD is all set to launch its eMax 7 in India on October 8th. The booking window for this model is already open, and customers can reserve it with a token amount of Rs 51,000. You can easily book the eMax 7 either through BYD's official website or by visiting any authorized dealership.
There are some exciting booking benefits for the first 1,000 customers who reserve the BYD eMAX 7 before its launch day. These lucky customers will receive a special benefit amount of Rs 51,000, along with a complimentary 7 kW and 3 kW charger upon delivery.
BYD India has announced the expected delivery time for customers interested in their new model. If you’re one of the first 1,000 customers to book the car before its official launch, you can expect to receive it by or before March 25, 2025.
When the BYD e6 was first launched, it came with a 71.7 kWh battery. The upcoming facelift model, the BYD eMAX 7, is expected to have the same battery capacity. This new model is anticipated to deliver 207ps and 310 Nm of torque, offering an impressive range of 530 km.
There’s also talk of a smaller battery option with a capacity of 55.4 kWh, which is expected to produce 165ps and 180 Nm of torque, with a claimed range of 420 km.
The BYD e6 used to be priced between Rs 29.15 lakh and Rs 29.60 lakh. With the upcoming BYD eMax 7, we can expect a slightly higher starting price, likely between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 35 lakh. While there aren't any direct electric MPV competitors in the market, there are more affordable alternatives like the Toyota Innova Hycross and the Toyota Innova Crysta.
