Following the recent announcement from Toyota India, Maruti Suzuki has launched the updated 2025 Grand Vitara, bringing new features, better safety and a new powertrain option.
Cosmetically, the 2025 Maruti Grand Vitara remains the same as the outgoing model. However, higher variants now come equipped with a new design for the 17-inch alloy wheels.
Moving on to the 2025 Maruti Grand Vitara safety features, the SUV now offers 6 airbags as standard whereas automatic variants now come with an electronic parking brake with auto hold function.
Speaking of the new features, the 2025 Grand Vitara offers 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, rear doors sunshade, tyre pressure monitoring system, ambient lighting, 15W Type-C charging ports, LED reading lights and AQI display.
Maruti has introduced a new Delta+ variant, that comes exclusively with the strong hybrid powertrain, at Rs 16.99 lakh ex-showroom, New Delhi, making the hybrid powertrain more affordable than before.
Furthermore, the carmaker has made the panoramic sunroof more accessible, as it is now also available with the Zeta variant equipped with the mild-hybrid petrol engine. The Grand Vitara base price has been increased by Rs 23,000.
Another change is with the 1.5-litre petrol AWD powertrain, which now comes with a 6-speed torque converter automatic in place of the 5-speed manual.
