The popular mid-sized SUV from BMW—the X3—is set to step into a new generation for the Indian market. Its debut is set to take place at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 and reports suggest that the launch will also take place at the venue.
4th-gen BMW X3 now bigger and better
Over the current-gen X3, the fourth-gen X3 has grown bigger in size and adopted a new design language that’s more angular than before. Its key design elements include a revamped kidney grille with illumination, sweptback LED headlights and flatter tail lights.
The updated interior of the new X3 offers a far more minimalist design over its predecessor. It boasts some unique details such as AC vents placed on the doors and ambient lighting wrapping around the centre console.
The new BMW X3, like before, will come with two engine options — a 2.0L petrol and a 2.0L diesel engine option. It remains to be seen whether both engines will be offered from launch or one will follow the other one at a later date.
As confirmed by multiple reports, BMW India will make the debut of the fourth-generation X3 at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, which will take place between January 17-22.
