Mahindra launched the Thar ROXX last month but the bookings for the same are to commence from October. Amidst all this, a dealer source has revealed to us the booking amount for the new Mahindra Thar ROXX.
As per the dealer source, the Mahindra Thar ROXX booking amount has been set at Rs 21,000 and dealers have started accepting unofficial bookings for the SUV. The booking amount is likely to stay the same once official bookings commence.
Official bookings for the 2024 Mahindra Thar ROXX will commence from October 3, 2024. Test drives have already started from September 14, and deliveries are expected to begin near Dussehra.
The Thar 5-Door gets the option for a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with direct injection, which can be paired to a 6-speed MT or a 6-speed speed torque convertor AT, and a 2.2-litre diesel engine, paired to the same set of gearboxes. 4WD is offered only with the diesel drivetrains.
The Thar ROXX price starts from Rs 12.99 lakh for the base MX1 petrol MT 2WD variant and goes up till Rs 22.49 lakh for the fully-loaded AXL diesel AT 4WD variant.
