Jeep has launched an updated version of the Meridian SUV in India, which brought with itself new variant choices to pick from. Not just that, the most affordable variant now costs Rs 6.24 lakh less than what the base variant of the outgoing model used to cost. It does miss on equipment though. 2025 Jeep Meridian facelift
The 2025 Jeep Meridian facelift is essentially an updated version of the outgoing Meridian SUV. It is now offered in 5-seater as well as 7-seater configuration while the earlier model offered just the 7-seater option. The same 2.0-litre diesel engine powers the new Jeep Meridian as well, producing 172PS of maximum power and 350Nm of peak torque. The new variants have now been named Longitude, Longitude Plus, Limited (O), and Overland respectively, from the bottom to the top.

Jeep Meridian Longitude
Longitude is the base variant of the 2025 Jeep Meridian, and is only available in a 5-seater configuration. It can be had with either a 6-speed manual or a 9-speed torque convertor, and is only offered in a 4X2 setup. The Jeep Meridian Longitude features include:

Jeep Meridian Longitude Plus
Longitude Plus is the variant that comes after the base Longitude variant. As opposed to the Longitude, the Jeep Meridian Longitude Plus comes in only a 7-seat configuration. Powertrain options remain the same, along with a FWD setup. The Jeep Meridian Longitude Plus features include:
- All features that are available on the Jeep Meridian Longitude
- LED cornering fog lamps
- Auto-dimming IRVM
- Blacked-out roof
- Reclining third row seats
- 50:50 split third row seats
- Leather-wrapped steering wheel

Jeep Meridian Limited (O)
Limited (O) is the second variant from the top and sits just above the Longitude Plus variant. It comes with the same powertrain options, along with a FWD setup. The Limited (O) trim can also be had with just the option of 7-seats. The Jeep Meridian Limited (O) features include:

Jeep Meridian Overland
The Overland is the top-spec variant of the 2025 Jeep Meridian facelift. It is available with just the 9-speed torque converter unit, and in a 7-seater configuration. It is the only trim that gets the option of a 4X4 system. The Jeep Meridian Overland features include:
- All features that are available on the Jeep Meridian Limited (O)
- 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels
- Suede finish on the dashboard, seats, and door trims
- Tupelo leatherette seats
- Copper accents on dashboard

2025 Jeep Meridian price in India
The good news is that the Jeep Meridian starting price has now been kept at Rs 24.99 lakh, which is Rs 6.24 lakh down from the Rs 31.23 lakh price tag earlier.
