On the inside, the biggest change is the updated infotainment system, which runs on new user interface and supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration. Additionally, it offers USB type-C charging ports all around and an AR-based navigation system, which uses feed from the front camera to display real-time directions on the infotainment system. Another addition is the new 3-spoke steering wheel with capacitive controls.

Coming to the highlight of the G 63 that happens to be its engine, it continues with its handcrafted 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that now has been added with a mild-hybrid system. As a result, it now gets 22PS of additional power boost from the electric motor, as and when demanded. The powertrain output stands at 585PS and 850Nm of torque. Thanks to the newly-added race start function, the G 63 AMG accelerates from standstill to 100kmph in 4.3 seconds and touches a top speed of 240kmph.
