Upcoming Kia Syros interior teased — Here’s what to expect

Kia has created much anticipation around its upcoming SUV in India — Kia Syros — and has released a couple of teaser videos on its YouTube channel. One of the videos gives us a glimpse of the interior of the Syros, teasing some of the Syros’ features and elements. Here’s what to expect from this upcoming Kia SUV in India.

Kia Syros interior details

The teaser video suggests that the new Kia Syros SUV will get features like a wireless smartphone charging pad, multiple C-type ports and a 12-Volt socket at the front, a cool-looking gear lever, parking assist, multiple terrain modes, a panoramic sunroof, push button start-stop, and a two-spoke steering wheel with controls.

Upcoming Kia Syros spied 

We had spied the Kia Syros being tested a couple of months ago, and we can confirm that the Syros might also get the option of a radar-based ADAS suite, twin-screen setup on the dashboard for infotainment and instrumentation, as well as a diesel engine.

New Kia Syros design

Kia has said that the Syros has been designed with inspiration from other high-end Kia cars such as the Carnival and the EV9. It gets distinctive b and c-pillars that showcase a stark resemblance to the Skoda Yeti. Furthermore, sketches released by Kia suggest that the Syros will feature L-shaped rear lights and slim LED DRLs on the front with stacked headlamps.

Upcoming Kia Syros launch date in India

Kia will globally unveil the Syros SUV in India on December 19, 2024, which is exactly a week from now. It might also reveal the starting price of the same, though a detailed Kia Syros price list is expected to be released at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 that has been scheduled for January 17-22.
