The electric Creta is almost around the corner, with its India debut scheduled for the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo in January 2025. Hyundai is expected to launch this upcoming EV in India soon after its unveiling, and the SUV will go against other electric cars in India like the upcoming Maruti Suzuki e Vitara, new Tata Curvv EV, and the new Mahindra BE 6.

Hyundai Ioniq 5 facelift
Expected launch timeline: Early 2025
Estimated starting price: Rs 46 lakh (ex-showroom)
A facelifted version of the Ioniq 5 electric crossover is already on sale in certain international markets, and the same is expected to be launched in India sometime in early 2025. The international-spec Ioniq 5 facelift gets a bigger battery pack than its predecessor, and some visual enhancements such as revised headlamps that are shaped more aggressively than before.

2025 Hyundai Venue
Expected launch timeline: Mid 2025
Estimated starting price: Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom)
The second generation of the Hyundai Venue is also on the South Korean carmaker’s cards, and it has been spied a few times being tested in India. While we do not have much information about the car yet, it is likely that the same powertrain options as the outgoing model will be retained but the car will undergo a design overhaul both on the outside as well as on the inside, along with some feature additions such as a Level-2 ADAS suite.
