Upcoming 2025 Maruti Brezza — Top things to expect
- 1Likely to continue with the same powertrain options
- 2Will get a redesigned exterior and interior layout
- 3Expect some more features to be thrown in like ventilated seats
It has been eight years since the Maruti Suzuki Brezza was launched in the country. It came with a different name then — Vitara Brezza — which was changed to just Brezza when it underwent an update in 2022. While the Brezza is a sorted car and a value for money product, its rivals have gotten ahead in the competition in various aspects. So, the Brezza is due for an update, which is expected to be here by 2025. Here are the top things to expect from the upcoming Maruti Suzuki Brezza.
New Maruti Suzuki Brezza
A facelift for the Brezza is much-needed now, and is expected to be here sometime in 2025, though exact details are yet to be disclosed. The new Maruti Brezza will bring with itself quite a few changes, in terms of styling, feature additions, and maybe some mechanical tweaks too.

Styling updates
The current model of the Suzuki Brezza looks cleaner and upmarket than its predecessor, but its boxy and conventional design make it look old in front of competitors like the Kia Sonet and Nissan Magnite. The updated Brezza is expected to get a more curvy styling with modern elements such as connected light bars on both ends, fancier headlamps, and reprofiled bumpers.
Interior changes and feature additions
The Maruti Brezza already gets features like wireless smartphone charger, sunroof, 6 airbags, and 360-degree cameras. But you can never have too many features, can you? We expect the new Brezza to get some more features like ventilated front seats, dual-tone climate control etc. There might also be a tweaked dashboard layout and new interior theme. It won’t be very surprising if it borrows some cues from the new Maruti Suzuki e Vitara.

Engine and transmission options
The 2022 Brezza facelift got an updated K-Series engine and it is likely to continue being offered on the new Brezza as well. Both manual as well as automatic transmissions will be offered with this engine, and there’s no reason to stop selling CNG-powered Brezzas either. Maruti Suzuki is yet to confirm if there will be any significant mechanical changes such as engine and suspension tuning. Stay tuned to CARS24 Autoverse for latest updates!
