- 2Fortuner petrol only available with a 6-speed automatic transmission
- 3Entry point to the Toyota Fortuner range now higher than before

While there is no official communication for the same, the said variant is no longer listed on the brand’s India website. Read on to know more about the 2025 Toyota Fortuner and the available variants and price list.
Toyota Fortuner petrol manual no longer available
The Toyota Fortuner petrol manual, which was available at Rs 33.78 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi), has been removed from the India website. In case you want to have the Fortuner with a petrol engine, the only choice left is the automatic option that is priced at Rs 35.37 lakh ex-showroom, thereby making the entry point of the Fortuner considerably higher than before. While there is no official reason disclosed behind this move, we assume it’s more to do with the lack of demand for the petrol-manual powertrain, since buyers falling in this segment generally prefer automatic cars for their ease of use.
