Insights into Toyota's YOY sales performance
In September 2024, Toyota achieved impressive sales figures for both domestic and export markets. This marks a significant increase compared to last year's performance, with sales rising to 26,847 units this year. Out of this total, 23,802 units were sold in the domestic market, while exports accounted for 3,045 units.
Looking back at the previous financial year, Toyota sold 1,23,939 units in the first six months. However, the company reached an impressive total of 1,62,623 units this financial year, i.e. FY 2024-2025, reflecting a strong growth in vehicle deliveries. In September, over 90% of sales came from the SUV, MPV, and small car segments, highlighting the popularity of these segments of vehicles among customers.
