The Maruti Swift was India’s second best-selling car in June 2024, just behind the Tata Punch. The Swift recently underwent a generational update, and it is now offered with a 1.2-litre Z-Series petrol engine, paired to either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT. This three-cylinder engine produces 80.4hp and 111.7Nm of torque. The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Swift price ranges from Rs 6.49 Lakh to Rs 9.44 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Maruti Suzuki Ertiga - 15,902 units

Maruti’s MPV, the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, was the second highest-selling Maruti car for the month of June 2024, clocking 15,902 units. The Maruti Ertiga is offered with a 1.5-litre K-Series engine, which produces 101.6hp and 136.8Nm of torque, and comes with the option of a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission. Maruti Suzuki sold 14,895 units of the Maruti Baleno in June 2024, making it the brand’s third highest-selling car for the month. The Maruti Suzuki Baleno comes with a 1.2-litre K-Series four-cylinder petrol engine, which produces 88.4hp and 113Nm of torque. The Baleno can be bought with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 5-speed AMT. The Maruti Suzuki Baleno is priced between Rs 6.66 Lakh and Rs 9.83 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Maruti Suzuki Wagon R - 13,790 units

The Maruti Suzuki Wagon R needs no introduction. The Wagon R is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, and is still among the brand’s best-sellers, securing the fourth position on our list. Maruti sold 13,790 units of the Maruti Wagon R last month. The Wagon R is offered with two options for the engine — 1.0-litre 3-cylinder K-Series engine, and 1.2-litre 4-cylinder K-Series engine.
