Hyundai Creta

The Creta becomes the best selling SUV in India, with Hyundai selling 96,298 units of the SUV over the last six months. The number of Hyundai Cretas sold every month is greater than the total monthly sales of quite a few mass market manufacturers.
Maruti Suzuki Brezza

Averaging at around 15,700 units a month, the Maruti Brezza stood second on the list of the highest selling SUVs in India. The Brezza comes with a 1.5-litre K-Series petrol engine, generating 103PS and 137Nm of torque. There’s also the option of a factory-fitted CNG, further widening the appeal of this SUV.

Tata Punch

The record breaking Tata Punch slips down to the fourth spot in the best selling SUV list. Whether or not it should be called an SUV is a very debatable topic though. Tata Motors sold 90,749 units of the Punch over the last six months, averaging at around 15,100 units a month.
Tata Nexon

The Nexon ranks just behind the Punch, selling 85,840 units during the same period. The Tata Nexon is available in a variety of powertrain options, including petrol, diesel, electric, and now CNG too! It is, in fact, the first passenger car in India to get a turbocharged-petrol engine fitted with a CNG kit.
