Tata Nexon CNG Red Dark edition launched at Rs 12.7 lakh

Adding another variant to the array of options to the Nexon range, Tata Motors has introduced the Nexon CNG Red Dark edition. The Tata Nexon CNG Red Dark edition has been launched in India at Rs 12.7 lakh and offers cosmetic updates over the standard model. Tata Nexon CNG Red Dark edition launched

Like the Nexon petrol Red Dark, the Nexon CNG Red Dark edition too gets an all-black exterior theme. Blacked-out elements can be seen on the front grille, front and rear skid plates, roof rails and alloy wheels. One could also differentiate the Red Dark edition from the standard version with the #Dark emblem on front fenders.

On the inside, the Nexon CNG Red Dark edition features red seat upholstery with #Dark embossing on the front headrests. The rest of the cabin is finished with an all-black dashboard featuring red stitching. There are no feature changes in the Red Dark over the standard Nexon CNG. The Tata Nexon CNG Red Dark edition features include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, digital driver’s display, panoramic sunroof, surround view camera and more.

Tata Nexon CNG engine specifications

The Tata Nexon CNG retains the 1.2-litre Revotron three-cylinder turbo-petrol unit that comes paired to a 6-speed manual transmission. We might also see an AMT in the future. The Revetron engine produces 100PS of power and 170Nm of peak torque when run on CNG. The Tata Nexon CNG mileage is claimed to be 24km/kg.
