MoM and YoY analysis
Month-on-month sales naturally saw a decline as the festive season in India came to an end. Overall decline stood at 9.6% with both domestic and international sales contributing to this fall. Year-on-year sales grew by a marginal 0.8% due to a rise in domestic sales, but exports slightly declined in the same period.
Tata Motors passenger vehicle sales
Tata Motors saw a 2% increase in domestic passenger vehicle sales, and a 28% fall in exports, resulting in a net domestic growth of 2%. Talking about electric vehicle sales, the carmaker witnessed a 9% growth accounting for both domestic and international sales.

Tata Motors commercial vehicle sales
Sales of Tata commercial vehicles continue to fall, with a net decline of 1% in November 2024. Exports saw a stagnant growth. Sales of passenger carriers rose significantly by 42%, but other segments brought down the net sales into the red area.
