Tata Curvv Dimensions, Boot Space Revealed — All Details
- 1Tata Curvv to be the widest C-segment SUV
- 2To offer class-leading boot space
- 3Curvv EV India launch on August 7
The upcoming Tata Curvv coupe SUV is one of the most anticipated models to hit our shores this year. Tata Motors has been teasing the prospective buyers left, right and centre by rolling out small teasers and exterior images. A lot of the package is still under the wraps, officially. However, a few leaks have emerged online revealing key details like the Tata Curvv boot space and dimensions.
Tata Curvv Boot Space
The Tata Curvv boot space is said to measure 500 litres, which is considerably more than all of its direct rivals. The Tata Curvv’s biggest rival, the Hyundai Creta, offers a boot space of 433 litres. The SUV offering the best boot space in the C-segment SUV space after the Curvv is the MG Astor, offering 448 litres of boot space. A large credit for the Curvv’s impressive boot space goes to its coupe SUV styling, which enables a practical aperture for the luggage compartment.

Tata Curvv Dimensions
Coming to the Tata Curvv dimensions, the Tata Curvv measures 4308mm in length, 1810mm in width, 1630mm in height and boasts a wheelbase 2560mm. The coupe SUV from Tata goes against the likes of the sea of mid-size SUVs in the market, which includes models like the Hyundai Creta, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and Kia Seltos.
Drawing a comparison to the market leader, which is the Hyundai Creta, the Tata Curvv falls short in terms of height and wheelbase. Since it carries a coupe SUV bodystyle, we did not expect the Curvv to offer a class-leading height in the first place. However, the Curvv’s 2560mm wheelbase falls short when compared to the other SUVs in the C-segment space, with the Volkswagen Taigun and Skoda Kushaq offering the segment-best wheelbase of 2651mm. However, the Curvv gains back points with the class-leading width of 1810mm.
Tata Curvv Ground Clearance
Lastly, coming to the Tata Curvv ground clearance, the coupe SUV offers the class-leading ground clearance of 208mm, which is on par with the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder. The impressive ground clearance should improve the appeal as well as the practicality of the Tata Curvv, especially for those users who have a more demanding driving pattern.
