Nissan X-Trail Launched In India - Price Starts From Rs 49.92 Lakh

Nissan X-Trail has officially joined the Nissan Magnite in the Japanese automaker’s stable, and it is likely to stay there, given the outrageous price that Nissan has decided to launch it at. With Nissan X-Trail price starting at Rs 49.92 Lakh (ex-showroom), it won’t be astounding if this SUV is unable to find any buyers. Anyway, here are details about the newly-launched 2024 Nissan X-Trail.

New Nissan X-Trail Engine Details

Nissan offers just one powertrain on the X-Trail, which is a 1.5-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine, paired to a CVT gearbox and a 12V mild-hybrid system. This powertrain generates an output of 163PS and 300Nm of torque. There is no 4x4 on offer in India, though certain foreign markets do get a 4x4 system, as well as multiple powertrain options including strong hybrids.

2024 Nissan X-Trail Features

The Nissan X-Trail features include dual-zone climate control, 6 speakers, rain-sensing wipers, rear defogger, auto-dimming IRVM, wireless charger, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, cruise control, and a panoramic sunroof. The Nissan X-Trail safety features include 7 airbags, ABS with EBD, TPMS, hill start assist with auto-hold function, and more. It would have helped if it had ventilated seats, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and ADAS functionalities. Credit where it’s due, the X-Trail does look good on the outside.
