Skoda India has launched the Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo edition two years after launching the sedan in India. The Slavia is already Skoda’s best-selling car in India currently, and this new addition might be able to pull in more buyers looking for something stylish and different. What’s really different from the regular Slavia? Here’s everything you need to know along with the Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo price.
Monte Carlo edition - What’s new?
Just like the Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo, the Slavia Monte Carlo features a host of cosmetic changes, both on the exterior as well as the interior. Mechanically, the car remains identical to the regular 2024 Skoda Slavia. There’s no enhancement in power but it does look sportier than the basic Slavia.
Exterior elements
The Monte Carlo edition gets blacked-out elements all over the exterior. There’s black finish on the window garnish, ORVMs, and the radiator grille surround. There are 16-inch black alloy wheels complementing the theme, unlike the Kushaq Monte Carlo that offers larger 17-inch wheels. The Monte Carlo edition can be specced with either Tornado Red or Candy white exterior paint scheme, along with a black roof. There are multiple Monte Carlo badges on the exterior and all the badging at the back is also finished in black.

Interior elements
A similar theme is carried over to the cabin of the Slavia Monte Carlo too. There’s an all-black interior with red accents and inserts throughout. All chrome inserts on the regular Skoda Slavia interior have been replaced with blacked-out elements and the seats are bordered with red material. There’s red stitching too, enhancing the contrast. The pedals are finished in aluminium, giving a premium look.
Powertrain options
The Monte Carlo edition can be specced with both the engines – 1.0-litre TSI and 1.5-litre TSI. The 1.0-litre TSI can be configured with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic while the 1.5-litre TSI can only be opted for with a 7-speed DSG.
