New Mahindra Thar Deep Forest Colour Reaches Dealerships

Mahindra Thar Deep Forest, the new colour option for the Mahindra Thar that was launched a month ago, has started reaching dealerships across the country. The new Mahindra Thar Deep Forest colour is available on four Mahindra SUVs in India, namely the XUV 700, Scorpio N, XUV 3XO and now the Mahindra Thar.
 

Mahindra Thar Colours

The Mahindra Thar is available in six exterior colour options — Red Rage, Deep Grey, Desert Fury, Stealth Black, Everest White and Deep Forest. The Mahindra Thar interiors, however, are only available in black. 

Mahindra Thar Powertrain

The Mahindra Thar comes with three options for the engine. For starters, there are two diesels on offer — 2.2-litre mHawk 130 CRDe and 1.5-litre D117 CRDe. Furthermore, there’s a petrol engine on offer too, which is a 2.0-litre mStallion 150 TGDi unit. The 2.2-litre diesel engine produces 117bhp and 300Nm of torque. The 1.5-litre diesel unit makes 130bhp and 300Nm of torque. The petrol engine too offers a similar performance and is claimed to deliver a peak power and torque output of 150bhp and 300N, respectively.

You can opt for two transmission options, depending upon the variant you choose. There’s a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque convertor to choose from. The Thar is available in both RWD and 4WD configurations.

Mahindra Thar 5-Door Launch In India Soon
