The MG Hector Snowstorm edition has been launched in India, available in three seating options: a 5-seater, 6-seater, and 7-seater. It is based on the Sharp Pro variant, offering both a turbocharged petrol engine paired with a CVT and a turbocharged diesel engine paired with a manual transmission. What are the prices and engine choices?

The MG Hector Snowstorm edition comes with two engine options. First, there's the 1.5L turbocharged, intercooled petrol engine, delivering 143PS of power and 250Nm of torque. This engine is only available with a CVT gearbox, unlike the regular Hector, which also offers a 6MT option. For those who prefer diesel, there's a 2.0L turbocharged diesel engine in the Snowstorm edition. It generates 170PS of power and 350Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed MT.

A look at the MG Hector snowstorm edition’s design cues

The MG Hector Snowstorm features a striking white pearl exterior with sleek black accents. It includes piano black roof rails, dark chrome side cladding, a diamond mesh grille, and front-rear skid plate inserts. The LED projector headlamps have black bezels, and the rear boasts LED blade smoked tail lights. You’ll also find the “Snowstorm” emblem proudly displayed on the side front profile. This model also has sporty red inserts around the headlamps, ORVMs, red brake callipers, and a striking red strip just below the "Hector" badge at the back.

Features for comfort, convenience, and safety

The Hector Snowstorm edition features a stylish interior equipped with a 14-inch HD infotainment screen and a 7-inch digital cluster. It offers a 6-way power-adjustable driver seat, intelligent turn indicators, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, front ventilated seats, an automatic powered tailgate, 8 speakers, walk-away auto lock, and wireless charging, among other convenient features.

The safety features include six airbags, ISOFIX, TPMS, ABS, EBD, Hill Hold Control, Traction Control, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, and an Anti-Theft Immobiliser. However, this edition lacks the ADAS suit.
