MG cars November 2024 sales — EVs grab the biggest slice of the pie

JSW MG Motor India has released its sales numbers for the month of November 2024, depicting a significant year-on-year growth. Month-on-month sales have declined owing to the end of this year’s festive season. Here’s a detailed MG cars November 2024 sales analysis.

Year on year performance

JSW MG Motor India sold 6,019 cars and SUVs in India in the month of November 2024. This marks an year-on-year growth of 44.9% with 4,154 units sold in November 2023.

Month on month performance

Month-on-month sales saw a decline, with just 6,019 units sold in November against 7,045 units sold in October 2024, that too, excluding the data from Telangana state.

MG electric vehicle sales in India

The sale of electric vehicles crossed those of ICE-powered vehicles by a slight margin for MG last month. This month, the share of EVs increased to 70%, with ICE vehicles accounting for the remaining 30%. The MG Windsor alone gathered 3,144 units in the month of November 2024.
