Maruti Brezza gets 6 airbags as standard — Prices increased

After making six airbags standard in the Maruti Suzuki Celerio, the Brezza also gets six airbags in all of its variants, finally! Needless to say, the introduction of six airbags as a standard package has resulted in a price bump. Read on to know more about the updated Maruti Brezza price and the features it now offers.

Maruti Brezza now with 6 airbags as standard

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza, which is one of the best-selling SUVs in India, has joined the list of offering 6 airbags as standard across the range. Up until now, only the top spec ZXI+ variant was offered with 6 airbags while the rest of the range did away with only 2 airbags. In addition, the Brezza also offers safety features such as electronic stability program, hill-hold assist, ISOFIX child seat anchorages and seat belt reminders.

Furthermore, all the variants of trhe Breeza now also offer featues such as 3-point seatbelts for all passengers, height-adjustable driver and co-driver seatbelts, 60:40 rear seat split, rear centre armrest with cup holders and adjustable rear headrests.

Updated Maruti Brezza price list

The Maruti Brezza LXI price has been increased by Rs 15,000, bringing the price to Rs 8.69 lakh. The Brezza VXI variant, which also happens to be one of the best-selling variants, has seen a price hike of Rs 5,500 over the older price. The ZXI variant has received a price hike of Rs 11,500 whereas the ZXI+ variant remains unchanged, since the features that have been introduced to the lower variants were already on offer on the ZXI+ variant. The price hike remains the same for the Brezza CNG variants respectively.
