Mahindra XUV700 price increased in India — Old vs new price list

Mahindra Auto India has increased the prices of the Mahindra XUV700 model in India for the first time in 2025. The price hike ranges from as low as Rs 1 to as high as Rs 25,000. With this change, the Mahindra XUV700 latest price now starts at Rs 13.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 25.74 lakh.
Luckily, there are still select Mahindra XUV700 variants that haven't been affected by the price hike. However, most of the other variants, both petrol and diesel, have received a price increase. It's not just the XUV700; the prices of the Mahindra Scorpio Classic, Classic N, & XUV 3XO models have also gone up in India. The Mahindra XUV700 price for variants like AX7 6AT 7S/6S and AX7 L 6AT 7S has gone up by Rs 15,000. However, the price list for the remaining variants remains unchanged and continues to be priced as before.

If you're looking at the Mahindra XUV700 with a diesel engine, you’re in luck with variants like MX 6MT, MX (E) 6MT, AX3 6AT, AX5 6MT 5S, and AX7 6MT 7S, as these have received no price hike and are still priced the same as before.
However, the Mahindra XUV700 latest price list for the other variants has been affected, with a hike of up to Rs 25,000. There are a few variants with a price increase of Rs 24,999, but that one-rupee difference doesn’t make much of a difference overall.

The Mahindra XUV700 is available with a 2.0L turbo petrol engine that churns out 200PS of power and 380Nm of torque. There's also a 2.2L turbo diesel engine available, with two power and torque configurations. The base variant comes with 155PS and 360Nm, while the higher variants get the more powerful version, churning out 185PS and up to 450Nm of torque. Both engine options are available with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission as standard.
