Mahindra Thar ROXX 4X4 price list out – Around Rs 2 lakh more than 4X2 variants

Mahindra has finally released the full Mahindra Thar ROXX price list today, that includes the prices for the 4X4 variants of the new Thar 5-Door. The prices range from Rs 18.79 lakh to Rs 22.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which translates to a premium of about Rs 2 lakh over the 4X2 variants. Here are all the 2024 Mahindra Thar ROXX prices.

Below is a comprehensive list featuring all the 2024 Mahindra Thar ROXX prices right from the base MX1 petrol MT 2WD variant to the top of the line AXL diesel AT 4WD variant. The prices that were revealed today have been added in bold.

Mahindra Thar ROXX engine and transmission options

The Mahindra Thar ROXX gets two engine options — a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with direct injection, and a 2.2-litre diesel engine with direct injection. Both the engines are offered with the option of a 6-speed manual as well as a 6-speed torque convertor transmission. The turbo-petrol variants are offered only with RWD while the diesel variants are offered with both RWD and 4X4 options.

Mahindra Thar ROXX Suspension

At the front, the Thar ROXX gets an independent double wishbone suspension, and at the rear, the Thar ROXX gets a rigid axle with penta-link suspension with Watt’s linkage. Though we are yet to test it, the Mahindra ROXX is expected to offer a more comfortable drive and better handling than the 3-Door Mahindra Thar.
