The Scorpio-N Carbon Black Edition features blacked out details on the front bumpers, skid plates, side strips, window line and door handles. All the chrome details around the SUV are either removed or converted to dark chrome, which extends the overall appeal of the SUV. It also features glossy black alloy wheels, which are not present on the standard model.

On the inside, too, the entire dashboard has been blackened, unlike the standard model that offers brown interior. The changes on the inside of the Scorpio-N Carbon Black Edition include an all-black dashboard, black seat upholstery and black trims on the door cards.
